We have produced fabric graphics for nearly 20 years. We print using dye sublimation and UV printing onto a wide range of fabric up to 5m high by any width or length!
We print fabric graphics using dye sublimation using our Reggiani Renoir 340 printer – the worlds best fabric printer which due to its sticky belt technology guarantees perfect fault free printing of fabric. Dye sublimation is accepted as the best way to print fabric as the inks do not change the characteristic (or handle) of the fabric. Dye sublimation printed fabric has a stunning colour gamut range with rich blacks and perfect detail. It has no odour and our inks allow fabric printed using our inks to be marked Oeko-Tex Standard 100 label for Class II
All our fabric are polyester based. Some fabric we use are coated with a black blockout layer (to stop show through) or a white diffuser coating to diffuse light – for backlit applications
We use a range of fabrics which included flag, display, blockout, backlit, vile, and mesh fabrics. Within each group of fabric we use a range of fabrics which have different characteristics which may suit your application better. We are widely considered as one of the leading companies in the UK when it comes to printing fabric. The message i would like you to take away is that we will offer you advice to help you choose the best fabric for your application.
We cut our fabric using a laser cutter, one of the largest in the country measuring 12m long. Laser cut fabric has a sealed edge which prevents the fabric from fraying. We also have two of the latest Matic automated sewing systems that help us provide expert finishing of fabric. Graphics finished with a silicon or pvc edge are sometimes referred to as TFS graphics or SEG graphics.
We have the production capability and experience to produce 1 graphic or 1000 graphics. Please contact us for further information and pricing.
